Peter Pelz
Personal
Born in 1941 in an environment characterized by family values and traditions.
My parents, Ernst Pelz and Emilie Pelz, gave me the foundations for my personal and professional life.
Education
In 1962, I completed my carpentry apprenticeship, an experience that fostered my passion for craftsmanship and precision. In 1967, I completed my degree in industrial engineering in Munich, which developed my technical and management skills and led me to a successful career.
Professional career
My professional journey began in 1967 and took me to EMPE-WERKE in Geretsried until 1990, where I continued to develop and eventually took over the position of Managing Director. During these years, I have not only driven the company forward, but also gained valuable experience in the field of entrepreneurship.
Since 1990, I have continued to pursue my entrepreneurial passion in various companies, always focusing on innovation, quality and sustainability.
In 1996, I founded the non-profit Ernst Pelz Foundation, which is dedicated to promoting renewable raw materials, education, science and environmental protection.
