Mechanical or electronic valves release the air pressure for the work of the straight piston movement. The crank drive converts the straight piston movement into a rotary movement. Many different crank drives can be used!

The engine can dispense with numerous components:
Cylinder head control, exhaust filter, ignition system, cardan shaft and more.
The drivetrain may have simpler components:
Transmission, differential, cardan shaft, all-wheel drive and more.

Compressed air tank

You can fill up with air at any socket using the small on-board compressor or at compressed air stations at filling stations.
